Antenatal Care

Routine antenatal check-ups by our qualified midwife.

Time: 9.00am – 1.00pm

Baby clinic

A drop-in clinic for advice and weight checking. Vaccinations for all children up to age 5.

Time: 1.30pm – 3.30pm (appointments only)

Vaccinations

Routine and travel vaccinations for all ages are available during surgery times by appointment with our Practice Nurse.

We run a Flu Vaccination clinic in the Autumn – ask at Reception or see surgery literature for further information

Asthma

Regular check-ups and advice – Appointments sent to patients by Practice Nurse.

Diabetes Clinic

Regular check-ups and advice – Appointments sent to patients by Practice Nurse.

Hypertension Clinic

Regular check-ups and advice – Appointments sent to patients by Practice Nurse.

Family Planning

A full range of contraceptive services are available during ordinary surgery consultations.

  • Implants and IUD fitting and removals are available by appointment with Dr Dyban.
  • Dr Dyban will book you into a Family Planning Clinic.
  • All of the doctors and the Practice Nurse are trained in family planning.

Cervical Smears

Appointments with the Practice Nurse or doctor are available for women aged 25 and over. Follow-up smears are arranged automatically.

Child Health Surveillance

Development checks on your baby at 8 weeks,  18 months and 3 & 4 years. The first one is done by the doctor at the surgery, the others are by the Health Visitor.

Joint injections

  • Joint injections are available.  You will need an appointment with Dr Mullaney to discuss.
