To request an urgent appointment for today or tomorrow (Monday to Friday)

  • Use an online form between 8.00am and 6.30pm and where you will be care navigated to the correct person to request an appointment. We will respond within our opening hours. We are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.15pm.
  • Phone us Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.15pm.
  • Visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist. Reception opens Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.15pm.

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.

We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

To request a routine appointment in the next 7 days

Your appointment

However you choose to contact us we may offer you a consultation:

  • by phone
  • face to face at the surgery

Appointments by phone, on-line form can be more flexible and often means the doctor or nurse can help you sooner.

Cancelling or changing an appointment

If you find that you no longer need your booked appointment please contact the surgery to cancel it, a lot of GP time is wasted by patients not keeping booked appointments.

If you need help when we are closed

For urgent appointments outside our normal surgery hours, please call the surgery on 029 203 88 803 where there will be a recorded message giving you a contact telephone number for the OUT OF HOURS SERVICE
