We take complaints/concerns very seriously. If you would like to report a complaint/concern regarding the surgery or the services we offer, please contact the Practice Manager in writing. All concerns/complaints will be recorded and written complaints/concerns will be acknowledged within 5 working days of receipt. We will respond to all complaints/concerns within 28 working days. Where a complaint/concern is made about a doctor, the patient will be able to discuss this with another doctor at the practice if preferred.
