You can order your repeat prescription in a number of different ways:
Order online: You can order your repeat prescription through My Health Online
By email: You can request your repeat prescription via email (receptionist.w97067@wales.nhs.uk). Please allow 72 hours if you request in this way
In person: Please leave your request for a repeat prescription in the Red box near to the surgery entrance door or post it to the surgery. Tick the items you need in the right-hand section of your previous prescription form. Your prescription will be ready for collection 48 hours later. If you prefer, we can post it back to you (you will need to provide a stamped, addressed envelope).
At the chemist: You may also order your repeat prescription through the chemist
Fax your request: Alternatively you may fax your request to the surgery on 029 20394981
Medication reviews
We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment.
